Tatienne Hendricks-Tellefsen (Creator/Lead)
Tatienne Hendricks-Tellesfen, is a native New Yorker and recent graduate of Atlantic Acting School where she met her current collaborators Cynthia Silver and Julie Cohn. Tatienne studied Shakespeare at RADA in London and has acted in over 15 student films. Recent Theater credits include: Measure for Measure, A Decadent Void and Women by Chiara Atik (where she and Julie played sisters.)
Cynthia Silver (Director)
Cynthia is an NYC-based stage & film director and acting teacher. As a filmmaker, Cynthia has directed two short films with Made With Sass: Sleep Training, written by Anna Ziegler, was an official selection at Brooklyn Women’s Film Festival, NY Shorts Fest, NewFilmmakers NY, and the recipient of a 2015 Silver Spotlight Award; and Sibs has screened at the 2017 Oscar-qualifying Edmonton Film Festival, Brooklyn Women’s Film Festival, USA Film Festival (Finalist, Short Film & Video Competition), San Jose International Short Film Festival, the 2018 Garden State Film Festival, Hollyweb Festival, Walkerville Film Festival (upcoming), and won the IndieWorks Audience Choice Award at both their monthly & Best of Fest screenings in NYC. She is currently in post-production for her third short, Chemistry, and is in pre-production for a short film adaptation of Wendy MacLeod’s one-act play, The Shallow End, which landed her on the shortlist for American Film Institute’s 2017 Directing Workshop for Women. Cynthia has been on faculty at the Atlantic Acting School since 1998.
Julie cohn (Lead/Executive producer)
Julie studied at the Atlantic Acting conservatory with Tatienne (and under the discerning eye of Cynthia Silver) and was a founding member of the Psychopomp Theater company. In one of her first stage productions she played Meg in Pyschopomp's production of Chiara Atik'sWomen (where she and Tatienne played sisters). She is a recent transplant to Los Angeles, where she is a company member at the Whitefire Theater, currently performing in their Company Shorts show. In addition to acting, Julie has reported for such publications as The New York Times, The Daily, and Oprah.com.
JeNelle Pearring (cinematographer)
Jenelle Pearring is a NYC based freelance director and cinematographer whose work focuses on narrative projects, commercials, and music videos. Jenelle prides herself on being a visual storyteller. Using lighting and elements of camera she highlights emotion, character, and story to relate to the audience. Jenelle's unceasing work ethic and reliability get her hired again and again. Jenelle attended NYU with a concentration in Film & Television Production.
Rachel durance (Editor)
Rachel Durance is a freelance editor and assistant editor whose vast knowledge of the TV and film industry covers a myriad of platforms and specialisms. From creating her own content to assisting on award-winning feature films, Rachel has a young, creative mind with the technical expertise to support her expanding portfolio. Rachel’s achievements include assisting on feature films like Assassin’s Creed, The Legend of Tarzan and Kingsman: The Secret Service.
Rachel is currently a member of the BFI Network x BAFTA crew scheme and has just finished editing 3 short films for Shortflix – a short film initiative set up by Creative England for aspiring filmmakers ages 18 – 25, which will be aired on Sky Arts in May.
Poppy Kavanaugh (composer)
Poppy Kavanagh is a young vivacious and enthusiastic force in the music industry with a strong roster of professional accolades. Over the past 5 years Poppy has had the pleasure of working with renowned composers Ilan Eshkeri, Jed Kurzel and most recently Steven Price, and as a music editor has worked across including Assassin's Creed, Tresspass Against Us and Strikeback. Poppy effortlessly bridges the gap between the necessary commercial aspect of music in this genre with the beauty of storytelling within film and TV. She possesses an innate talent for enigmatic rhythm based composition that beautifully illustrates the emotive purpose. Poppy is now working with the esteemed composer Tim Wheeler after huge success with Cry Wolf in 2014, Adult in 2017, and a continued achievement with Ladies Day, released later this month.
